Originally, my package had shown up open and empty and after reaching out they helped me order a new set. I dont believe it was to their fault but they were super understanding and had great customer service. I referred my friends to buy from them and they loved their products. I like that it is a super warm comforter cover and it is light weight. I can fit my favorite blankets in it.It's totally flat like a sheet.Thats not eat I was expecting but because it is soft and comfy I brought 2 more for my kids.It’s cute but it’s darker than I thought. It’s so like super hot. I cannot have this on during the summerThe dark green color is beautiful! The velvet side is the perfect sheen and softness. The flip side is moisture-wicking and very soft. I will definitely be buying more.The color and softness were exactly as I had hoped they would be. Very happy w this duvet.Know that this is not a comforter but a comforter cover. Your comforter goes inside and mine keeps slipping and rolling up inside the cover. Great color and fabric but it is not practical. Wish this was a comforter.It's very soft and comfortable, but it doesn't hold the duvet very well. It only holds it in the cornersplus some edges and I find that the duvet move a lot inside which is pretty annoying to have to fix every time.I really love my cover but I thought it already had the down duvet insert in it. It was just a flat cover it didn’t look anything like the picture. I bought the down duvet insert but the insert keeps rolling up on the inside of the duvet covers once there isn’t a way to attach it corner to cornerThese covers are very soft, and the colour matches the picture perfectly. Two minor complaints; the velvet attracts pet hair like you wouldn't believe (probably predictable) and the inner side of the cover, that would go against your top sheet/skin, is pretty thin.Overall Good purchase I am pleased with.Felt like royalty in this ..I'm mid age female, and no hotflashes with this.And I love the 6 toesSo soft on the outside, cotton sheeted on the inside so I don't get too hotamazing for the pricegreat qualityI was very surprised by the quality, softness and colour given the price!
